Shipping policy
1. Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
2. UK Delivery
- Standard delivery (5-10 business days)
3. International Shipping
- Available to selected countries in Europe and beyond
- Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days (Possibly longer depending on location)
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
4. Fragile & Oversized Items Some items (e.g. wall art, mirrors, large décor pieces) may be shipped via specialist courier. These orders may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery timelines for oversized items may differ — you'll be notified at dispatch.
5. Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate.
6. Delays We do our best to meet delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee timelines during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays) or due to carrier disruptions.
7. Damaged or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at support@homeswithhearts.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable.
